If for some reason you are trying to design your office to look like the apple store, then the Signalement Desk is a pretty good piece of furniture to start with. The height-adjustable desk was designed by Germany’s Peter Petersen as part of his Tank Collection, and is made entirely of medium density fibreboard.

The desk comes in a standard finish of white high lustre varnish, and according to the website “radiates lightness and elegancy just like a ballerina who barely touches the floor”. While I’m not so sure about the whole ballerina comparison, the desks smooth curves and sturdy materials make this piece of furniture a solid choice for any office design.
